Who We Are & How We Heal
Welcome to Village Chiropractic & Wellness Center in Montclair Village, Oakland, California, specializing in chiropractic care and Active Release Technique for injury repair and optimal health and wellness.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care provides safe, relatively inexpensive relief for musculoskeletal problems. Chiropractors use controlled forces — adjustments — to relieve joint obstruction caused by tight muscles, swelling, inflammation, scar tissue, and pain. The controlled force of the adjustment safely returns a joint to its normal range of movement.
A.R.T.™ techniques
We are certified in Active Release Technique (A.R.T.™), the gold standard of soft-tissue therapy. A.R.T.™ loosens deeply integrated chronic tension to reduce pain, increase athletic performance, and renew well-being. By combining chiropractic adjustment with A.R.T.™, we are able to target specific muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves to more effectively treat and prevent injury.
